FAQ

Do I need to request a new login code every time I login?
  • If your email that the school has matches the google/facebook/microsoft/hotmail or yahoo then you can use the quick sign in buttons.
  • If you still need to request a magic link, then this link and code are valid for 72 hours (3 days ) and you can keep using it during that time.
  • If you sign in to the SchoolBridge app, you will remain signed in.
When I login, I can't see more than one of my children?
Contact your school and ensure your details match on all children and that they are linked together.
Access Denied when viewing your timetable!
This means that the school has hidden the timetable from view, it often happens during holidays and for the first few weeks of the school year.
